Legal

Mlola Pro License

Build as many products as you like with Mlola Pro, for yourself or your clients. Do not give the Pro source itself away or sell it on.

In short. You may use Mlola Pro in unlimited end products, commercial or not, and change it however you need. You may not redistribute, resell or publish the Pro source as a library, kit, template or starter, and you may not share your licence or tokens with people it does not cover.

1. Who this applies to

This licence is an agreement between you and Mlola (“we”) for Mlola Pro: the Pro components, blocks, pages and templates of Mlola UI, their stylesheets, and the Pro guide for coding agents (together, “Pro Source”). The open-source core of Mlola UI (the engine, tokens, behaviour, motion, scene and icons packages, the free components and the CLI) is licensed under the MIT License, not this one.

You accept this licence when you buy Mlola Pro or install Pro Source. Orders are processed by our reseller, Paddle.com, the Merchant of Record; your purchase is also subject to Paddle’s buyer terms.

2. Plans and seats

PlanWho may use the Pro Source
ProOne named developer. The licence is personal and cannot be shared, even inside your company.
Pro TeamUp to 10 developers in one company or organisation. Developers can be replaced when people join or leave. Larger teams and agencies: write to hello@mlola.com.

A “developer” is anyone who installs, reads, edits or writes code with the Pro Source. People who only use the finished product do not count.

3. What you may do

  • Use the Pro Source in an unlimited number of end products: websites, web and mobile apps, SaaS products, internal tools, prototypes.
  • Build end products for clients and hand them over. The client may keep and run the product; to change its Pro Source themselves, they need their own licence.
  • Sell or charge for your end products, including subscriptions and paid apps.
  • Modify, restyle, combine and extend the Pro Source however you like.
  • Keep the Pro Source in private repositories and in your deployment pipelines.
  • Use the Pro guide for coding agents with AI assistants while building your own products.

An “end product” is something whose value to its users is more than the Pro Source itself: a finished site, app or tool, not a collection of components.

4. What you may not do

  • Redistribute, sell, sublicense or give away the Pro Source, as is or modified, on its own or as part of a component library, UI kit, design system, template, theme, starter or boilerplate.
  • Build a product that lets others create their own products with the Pro Source, such as a website builder, theme or template marketplace, or no-code tool, unless we agree in writing.
  • Publish the Pro Source where people without a licence can read it, including public repositories. An open-source end product may include Pro Source only in compiled or minified form.
  • Share your licence, account or CLI tokens with anyone the licence does not cover.
  • Remove the licence notice at the top of Pro Source files.
  • Use the Pro Source, or output copied from it, to train or fine-tune machine-learning models, or to generate a competing component library.
  • Build a product that competes with Mlola UI or Mlola Pro.

5. Updates

Your licence includes the Pro items and updates we release for as long as we offer Mlola Pro, at no extra cost. The licence is perpetual: if we ever stop offering Mlola Pro, you keep every version you installed.

6. Ownership

We keep all rights, title and interest in the Pro Source; you receive a licence to use it, not ownership. Your end products and your own code are yours. Each file we deliver carries your licence id so that leaked copies can be traced.

7. Ending the licence

If you break this licence, it ends and you must stop using and delete the Pro Source; end products already delivered to others may keep running. A refund also ends the licence and revokes your CLI tokens (see the Refund Policy).

8. Warranty and liability

The Pro Source is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows. Our total liability under this licence is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

9. General

This licence is governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia, without affecting any rights you have as a consumer where you live. The Terms of Use also apply. We may update this licence for future purchases; the version in force when you bought applies to that purchase.
