Who handles your order
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle is the Merchant of Record for all our orders: it takes the payment, issues the invoice, handles taxes, and processes refunds.
14-day refund
You can ask for a full refund of Mlola Pro or Pro Team within 14 days of the purchase date, for any reason. You do not need to explain why, and it does not matter how much you installed.
How to ask
- Reply to your Paddle receipt, or use the link in it to manage your order at paddle.net; or
- email us at hello@mlola.com with the email address you bought with and your order number.
Refunds go back to the original payment method. Paddle usually processes them within a few days; your bank may take up to 10 working days to show the money.
What happens to the licence
A refund ends the Mlola Pro License for that purchase. Your Pro licence is revoked, your CLI tokens stop working, and you must delete the Pro Source from your projects. Free, MIT-licensed parts of Mlola UI are unaffected.
After 14 days
After 14 days we do not normally refund, because the full Pro Source has been available to you. We will still refund if we cannot fix a problem that stops the product working as described, if you were charged twice or by mistake, or where the law where you live requires it. Your statutory consumer rights are not affected by this policy.
Chargebacks
Please contact us or Paddle before disputing a payment with your bank; a refund is faster. A chargeback also revokes the licence.
